Fundrise

So for my second post of 2021 we will look at my Fundrise account. According to Fundrise they are: “Fundrise is the first online investment platform to create a simple way for anyone to unlock the previously exclusive world of private real estate. We use technology to lower costs and create unprecedented transparency for over 100,000 active investors.” and “When you invest on Fundrise, you are investing into a diversified portfolio of real estate projects that we acquire, identify, and manage on your behalf.”

My investment plan is set to long-term grow, so basically looking at a time frame over 20 years with a goals of $200,000 by 2040. I have been investing with them since June 2019. In 2019 I put in $2,598 with dividends earned of $34.88 and Appreciation of $29.25 for a net return of $64.13. In 2020 I add $2,850 with dividends earned of $86.81 and appreciation of $193.29 for a net of $278.41. For 2021 I plan on adding $375 a month starting in January with plans to get up to $500 by July. So that’s where I am at now. I will post below some screen shots of my portfolio so you get understanding of what I was talking about.
